اهلا يا اصدقاء،
كيف حالكم؟

حضرت اليوم حفلة خطوبة صديقتي، أقيمت الحفلة في قاعة مناسبات مغلقة مستطيلة الشكل، بينما أحببت بعض تفاصيل السقف مثل الثريا، اعتقد ان ترتيب الطاولات وبعض الديكورات الداخلية كانت غير موفقة، غريب اليس كذلك، كيف يمكن أن تؤثر التفاصيل الصغيرة على مزاج القاعة. أثارت هذه التجربة فضولي اليوم وأردت تحليل القاعة.

ما لاحظته في قاعات الأفراح المغلقة هو محاولة التغلب على غياب أشعة الشمس والإطلالات الطبيعية بالتصميم الداخلية المبالغ فيها مثل الأعمدة اليونانية والأقواس الرومانية التي تميز هذه القاعات. شخصيًا أعتقد أن ديزني لاند والطريقة التي قدمت بها ديزني قصص الحب و الزواج لها علاقة بذلك.

لا أحد يستطيع انكار أن ديزني لاند تعتبر أكبر مثال على الانتقائية في الهندسة المعمارية بأبراجها المعطلة وأعمدتها المصنوعة من الورق المقوى، نستطيع ان نقول بان  ديزني لاند بالغت في تحفيز الخيال و انتاج فضائات خيالية و مع كون هذه المساحات مسرحًا لقصص ديزني، أعتقد أنني بدأت أفهم لماذا تبدو قاعات الأفراح بهذا الشكل.

في كتاب Delirious New York، يتحدث كولهاس أن لونا بارك في كوني ايلاند - والدة ديزني لاند - هي أول مثال للعنة ستطارد مهنة الهندسة المعمارية لبقية حياتها و بما اننا لا نزال نرى نتيجة هذه اللعنة في قاعات الزفاف الصغيرة في إسطنبول، فإن كولهاس كان على حق.

اتمنى ان نتخلص يوما ما من هذه الديكورات المخادعة و الاستهلاكية و ان نعود لما هو طبيعي، و ان نتعتبر الصالات المغلقة تحدي نستطيع ان نفوز به بالتجربة و البحث و عدم الهروب الى ما هو مبتذل.


عندما بدأت بالكتابة، اعتقدت أنني سأتحدث عن ترتيب الطاولة، لكن انتهى بي الأمر بايجاد نظرية مؤامرة 😂

Whitney Museum / Marcel Breuer Hello guys, Today I was so busy, designing a fence for a rich Arab, therefore I wasn't able to start yet, but I have already chosen the topic earlier this day, so let's see what can we produce at this hour.  Since I was a kid I never liked museums. The exhibited elements always made me feel sad, maybe because I come from a background of a group of people crying on the glories of the past, which subconsciously made me hate anything that reminds me of the past. Project 71 - The Floating Church

The Floating Church / Denizen Works ➨  Function : Church ➨  Location:  London, England ➨  Area:  45 m2 Hello sad people Don't lose your hope.  Today's project is a little different, It doesn't have a site but a mission, It's a boat that aims to connect community centers along the canal, every 5 years the boat will change its site and will sail in front of one of the 5 community centers that take place along the canal.
