Fuster House / arqbag ➨  Function : House ➨  Location: La Noguera, Spain ➨  Area:  359 m2 Hello artists, Hope you're following your instinct.  Today we will be looking at a restoration project that takes place in an old Catalonian village, The village that is known for its stone house has been facing a lot of collapsing problems, therefore the need of restoring these houses and preserving their cultural value was emergent.   Let's start  The existing building is located around an old fortified town square, It was declared as local heritage, therefore, the challenge was to design a house with respect to the pre-exciting elements like the load-bearing stone walls.  The solution that the architects followed was to design an inside concrete box that supports the stone walls, the box was designed in a grid of six small boxes that connected the four facades. One of these boxes was emptied to generate a 3-story patio for natural lighting and ventilation.  References:  Archdaily Enable

Schindler City Headquarters / Neri&Hu Design and Research Office ➨  Function : Office building ➨  Location:  Shanghai, China ➨  Area:  32400 m2 Hello people,  Hope you're doing great.  Today's project takes place in the industrial area of Jiading. It's the new headquarters of Schindler company. It aims to overcome the sense of isolation that characterizes industrial facilities by emphasizing the integration of human-scale landscape elements and public space.  The major design element is that continuous podium on the ground floor, the unified structure connects the research center and the 3 office buildings. البيت الزجاجي الشفاف  ←  الوظيفة :منزل   ←  الموقع :هيروشيما ، اليابان ←  المساحة: ٣٨٥ م ٢    اهلا بالساعيين في هذه الحياة توقفوا للحظة وخذوا نفسا عميقا. اليوم سنتحدث للمرة الثانية عن سلسلة Netflix؛ المنازل  الأكثر استثنائية في  العالم. أنا أستمتع حقًا بكوني قادرة على مشاهدة مقاطع الفيديو من داخل المنازل قبل تحليلها، فهذا يغير اللعبة. في بعض الأحيان لا يمكن للصورة أن تنقل روح المكان. لذلك فان أشرطة الفيديو رائعة لانها تنقل لنا التجربة السكنية. لنبدأ بالحديث عن المشروع. تم تنفيذ المشروع في مدينة هيروشيما. تشتهر المدينة بمجتمعها الحضري وشوارعها الكبيرة ومبانيها الواسعة وبالطبع بضوضاء السيارات. كان  طلب العميل تصميم ملاذًا بعيدًا عن ضوضاء المدينة. لذلك ، كان المبدأ الأساسي للمعماري هو إنشاء منزل هادئ ومريح باستخدام الأضواء والطبيعة ومشاهد المدينة المتغيرة. قام المعماريون بترجمة مبدأهم إلى عناصر معمارية، وكان عنصر التصميم الرئيسي هو جدار من الطوب الزجاجي المصنوع يدويًا ، والجدار يحجب الضوضاء ويوفر ضوءًا ناعمًا يخلق مساحة مريحة جنبًا إلى جنب مع الشرفة الخضراء في الواجهة. المصادر: Archdaily

Sometimes the picture can't represent the spirit of the place. Therefore videos are amazing.  Let's get into the project.  The project takes place in Hiroshima; the city is known for its urban community, big boulevards, extensive buildings, and of course car noise. The clients asked for a sanctuary away from the dynamic city. Therefore, the architect's primary principle was to create a calm and relaxing house by using lights, nature, and different city scenery.  The architects translated their principle into architectural elements, the key design element was a handmade glass brick wall, the wall blocks the noise

مركز مومباي للفنانين ←  الوظيفة : مركز للفنانين   ←  الموقع : مومباي ، الهند ←  المساحة : ١٥٠ م ٢      مرحبا ياسمين شكراً لاقتراحك.  مشروع اليوم تم اقتراحه من قبل صديقتي، بالنسبة لها كان هذا المشروع اللملجئ الذي تحتاجه في هذه الايام، وقد وافقتها الرأي بعد قراءتي عن المشروع،  في الواقع فـإن الفكرة الرئيسية للمشروع هي إنشاء مهرب للفنانين للالتقاء معًا وإنتاج الفن بعيدًا عن ضوضاء مدينة مومباي.   على الرغم من أن موقع المشروع في منطقة ريفية إلا أنه لا يزال ينشئ علاقة بصرية مع المدينة.  تم تقسيم الموقع إلى 3 مناطق تحتوي على هياكل مؤقتة، للاستجابة لبيئة الموقع ، تم تطبيق العديد من المبادئ مثل البركة الاصطناعية وتقنية رفع المبنى.يعتبر الجزء الداخلي من الفضاء مرنًا بسبب اللوحات المتحركة التي تساعد على تقسيم الفضاء الداخلي على حسب الحاجة. المصادر: Archdaily Enable Ginger Cannot connect to Ginger Check your internet connection or reload the browser Disable in this text field Rephrase Rephrase current sentence Edit in Ginger ×
